Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Telecaller who will be responsible for calling potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into customers. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base by promoting our digital services such as website development, CRM solutions, digital marketing, SEO, and advertising services.
Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
* Generate new leads and business opportunities.
* Explain company services and pitch solutions to clients.
* Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
* Maintain a database of leads and client interactions.
* Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and project onboarding.
* Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements * Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of sales or tele calling (freshers can apply).
* Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing / websites / online services is a plus.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Preferred Skills * Sales mindset and confidence while speaking with clients.
* Good negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and target driven.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Compensation Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
